Slight Change of Direction

After some thinking I have decided to base my website on the NAMM show but not actually use their branding. I want to create my own brand and show for this project. It allows for a little more flexibility I think. I can push the boundaries a little more. And it also allows me to focus and tailor the content more finely. NAMM is a huge show with loads of avenues and subtleties. If I create my own brand I can narrow down the content it promotes so that it isn't so overwhelming to confront.

That being said, due to the time constraints and enormity of this task I may still pull content and assets from existing NAMM show pages. Just to save time and sanity. But I think that the challenge of creating and branding a show more or less from scratch is liberating and will allow me to engage with a more manageable amount of content.

I am yet to come up with a name for the show. I have a few floating around my head like "Strung" or "Fretted California". Something like that. I also haven't decided on a location as of yet. I will tackle these in the very near future.
