Foley Pass

I realised that I never posted an isolated version of the film with just what I created audio wise. So I thought that it would be a good idea to render that out to show here. Every sound in this version of the film is only the sounds captured and recorded by me. All the dialogue audio from set it completely muted.

I don't know how interesting it is to watch as a lot of the film was meant to be quite understated and clean. I didn't want to go crazy adding sounds and music to every single moment so I did both sparingly. Only sounds that came out flat on set were adjusted and the music is only used where necessary (predominantly the second half).

For this render I have quietened the music track quite a lot and boosted the foley track a lot. This means that the transitions sound notably sharper and the sounds really stick out but that is because there is no room tone that was present in the existing dialogue track.

Hopefully this makes my foley recordings more obvious and sheds some light on what exactly I have added in audio wise. It is also worth noting that I left out the drones I used over the later scenes because they proved quite obnoxious when trying to pick out specific foley touches.
